So I learned recently that people with many auto immune as well as neurological disorders are magnesium deficient. Going with this fact, I decided to try using Magnesium Oil and see if I felt any different. Well...I felt much more calm. That fact was almost immediate and very noticeable. Other than that, I can't say I've noticed any changes.
Here is a picture of the Magnesium oil I made in a roller bottle.
It is in a 1:1 ratio with Fractionated Coconut oil.
